T-Shirt Design Contest


The Beaufort Twilight Run & Oyster Roast would like to thank everyone who participated in our first t-shirt design contest.  We had many wonderful and creative entries our first year and we’re looking forward to expanding the contest in the coming years.  We are very excited to present our winning design for the 2012 BTR – we hope you like it as much as we do!  The winner of the contest chose to remain anonymous and not accept the award, so we have decided to split it amongst the 3 runner-ups and our favorite student entry.
Congratulations to: Holly Prater of Tomball, Texas; Amanda Waite of Seattle, WA; Andrea Jenkins of Beaufort, SC; and from Riverview Charter School, 5th grader Jonathan Holmes.  Each runner-up will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.

Official Contest Rules:

  1. Designs should fit within a 12”x12” area. They may be square, horizontal or vertical.
  2. Designs must be submitted on unlined white paper or illustration board. Designs may be hand-drawn or computer-designed,but clip-art is not allowed. Color markers, paint, color pencils, inks, crayons (anything vivid that will not smear) may be used. Keep in mind that artwork will be scanned. A color copy is acceptable. Entries will not be returned.
  3. Artistʼs name, phone number, email address and age must be submitted with each design. Do not write the information on the artwork or staple it to the artwork.
  4. Design should include “2012 Beaufort Twilight Run & Oyster Roast”.
  5. Limit 3 entries per person. Please submit all entries together.
  6. Entries can be dropped off or mailed to Riverview Charter School, 302Burroughs Avenue, Beaufort, SC 29902; digital designs can be emailed to beauforttwilightruninfo@gmail.com with “T-Shirt Contest Entry” in the subject line. All entries must be postmarked by December 15, 2011.
