4:00 pm-7:00 pm – late registration & packet pick-up during the Habersham Farmers Market
5:30 pm – 9:00 pm – pasta dinner hosted by Piace Pizza – click here for menu
Saturday, March 24, 2012 – RACE DAY:
2:30 pm-4:30 pm – 5K & Kids Fun Run – late registration
2:30pm – 5:30 pm – 8K – late registration
*packet pick-up for pre-registered participants in all events will be open until the start of the event
2:30pm – 7:30 – Oyster Roast & Kids Meal Ticket sales
*T-shirts will be available for sale beginning at 5:30
*a limited number of oyster roast tickets will be available for sale on Friday and Saturday
4:30 pm – Kid’s 1/4 mile Fun Run
5:00 pm – 5K Run & Fun Walk
6:15 pm – 8K Run
6:30 pm-10:30 pm – Oyster Roast & Live Music
*Kid’s Meals can be picked up beginning at 5:00 pm
7:30 pm – Awards Ceremony & Post Race Party
PACKET PICK-UP
Early packet pick-up is located in the Habersham Marketplace on Friday, March 23 from 4-7 pm, during the Habersham Farmers Market. Race Day packet pick-up is in the same location, from 2-5:30 pm on March 24. Registration for the Kid’s Fun Run and the 5K events will close at 4:30. 8K registration will close at 5:30.

RACE PHOTOS
We have a great new company taking race photos this year called Endurance Imaging. They are located out of Jacksonville, FL and the owner has taken photos at many major races around the world including the Boston Marathon, London Marathon and the Miami Marathon. We know they will do an excellent job capturing all of your event memories so be sure to support them!
POST-RACE PARTY
There will be a post race party with live music by The Brewer Band and refreshments in the Habersham Marketplace.
Each 8K Run & 5K Run & 5K Fun Walk participant over 21 will receive a coupon for a free beer. Additional beer will be available for purchase from Habersham merchants. You MUST bring a photo I.D. to receive the coupon!
