Over 200 volunteers needed!
Please plan to join our corp of volunteers efforts at the 2023 Annual Beaufort Twilight Run on March 25th! There are many different roles and positions – we need your help!

On the day of the event, all volunteers will report to the volunteer check-in table located outside of the fire station to sign-in for their shift. Please ensure that you give yourself enough time to park, walk to the sign-in table and then get to your volunteer position.
If you are signing up to be a course volunteer, we suggest you bring a chair, sunscreen, bug spray, frisbee, football, snacks and water. There will be downtime between races and runners. Your shift will end after the last runner in the last race finishes. We will try to have volunteers bring snacks and drinks to you, but we suggest you be prepared just in case.
Volunteers should return to the volunteer check-out table following their shift to receive Letters of Appreciation if needed.
We will be reusing the Hot Pink VOLUNTEER t-shirts from previous years. After registering for volunteer duties, please indicate IF you need a volunteer shirt because:
- You never received one in the past, or
- You can’t find the one you received in the past, or
- The one you received in the past has been damaged, or
- The one you received in the past is the wrong size, or
- Some other reason not mentioned here.
Please note that some volunteers may not receive a t-shirt, as they are for certain jobs that require the volunteer to be highly visible, such as course volunteers and marking.
